Am.Jur. Proof of Facts is a very useful resource. The researcher is generally led to something called a "Proof." The proof is actually an article that includes various tools to assist the researcher establish what facts will have to be established (proved) at trial in order to win, and then goes about telling the researcher how to go about establishing those facts. Incredible. Just some of the tools that may be found in an article are:
