The mark is FACEBOOK.

countries did the applicant seek protection?
The mark is OREO (and logo). The applicant sought
protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, Croatia,
Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Serbia, and the
Russian Federation.

c. Search for the mark ACCORD MAJEUR. Where was the basic
