Cases and Appendix Materials
Chapter 1 provides links to several online resources. Encourage students to visit each website and investigate information and concepts covered in class. The Sedona Conference and EDRM websites are excellent resources focused on the continuing development of the eDiscovery field.
Chapter 1 references several procedural rules, which can be found in the appendices. A link to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is also included in the Additional Resources section so students can directly access the most current version of the Federal Rules and explore committee commentary regarding revisions related to ESI.
