If you wish to file an application for this mark in any foreign countries,
please let us know as soon as possible. Under the Paris Convention, it is
possible to file applications in most foreign countries within six months of the
filing date in the United States and obtain or “capture” the benefit or
priority of the earlier U.S. filing date. Thus, to obtain the benefit of this U.S.
filing date, applications in any countries that are members of the Paris
