Internship
Your lawyer has a client charged with stealing air conditioners. She wants you to research some of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) rules because the client believes he might be deported for not renewing his visitor papers.
She wants you to write any information you find pertinent to his not renewing his papers in a memo. Your lawyer added that she wants you to also include the statute, the rules and regulations, and their U.S. Code and Code of Federal Regulations cites.
