Internship

Today you begin working as a paralegal for a three-lawyer law firm. Your lawyer tells you that she is working on a possible hazardous waste case. A homeowner believes his property has been polluted by a machine shop next door to him, possibly from waste that spills onto his land.

The lawyer tells you to find the website for the United States Code that cites Environmental Protection Agency. (http://thomas.loc.gov). This is the Library of Congress site. She tells you to summarize what 42 USC §6901 emphasizes.
She also asks you to see if the EPA website at www.epa.gov has any useful
