Instructions
(Not required if you have taken E-Discovery.)
This element of the course will include multiple self-paced eLearning modules provided by Westlaw. To get started, simply use the following steps:

1. Obtain your Westlaw OnePass Password

 (Contact your instructor)
2. Go to the West eLearning Center Go to West eLearning
3. Point to COURSES tab at top left, then select Westlaw Classic Click on the OnePass link
4. Sign in using your OnePass Password at top right of page Sign-in using OnePass
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Certifications list Locate the subjects

6. Students are required to complete four certifications:

  • Westlaw Classic Fundamentals for Paralegals
  • Litigation Research for Paralegals
  • Statutes Research for Paralegals
  • Case Law Research for Paralegals

7. Students must email copies of Certificates to instructor Tabs and Lessons
8. View any other lessons you desire. Optional Subjects
9. Inform your instructor upon completion.
