YEAR OF THE PUBLICATION
Again, not all attorneys provide the year of the publication, but you should know how. The year you use is not the year in the statute itself, but the year the set of books was published. Just look at the title page of the book.

In our case, the year was 1984. Provide the year in parenthesis.
