TITLE
The TITLE in a statutory citation is completely different from a title of a case. The Title in a statutory citation is a number. Don't confuse the Title with the Volume number on the spine of the book. The Volume is never cited. Thus, if the Title is 11, we would look for Title 11 on the spine of the books when researching, and start the citation with the number 11 when citing it.In the citation we are creating, the Title is 42. Simply type the number 42 to begin your federal statutory citation.
