TITLE OF THE CASE
The title of the opinion you are citing is U.S. v. Johnson. (Note: Italicize the title in the citation. You may also underline the title, but italics is now preferred.)

Simply type the title, only capitalizing the first letters of each word, followed by a comma. Remember, even if the case you are looking at uses all capital letters, you do not! It's Blue Book!
