As everyone knows, biker conventions are often crude, rude, and void
of respect for others. In fact, the only thing worse than a biker convention is, of
course, a lawyer convention. Harriet is very upset. She claims that as she was
walking down the street, a group of lawyer's from a lawyer's convention started laughing
at her and making obscene gestures. She is now suing the Lawyer's Association.
At her trial, Harriet wants Margie, who witnessed the event, to testify regarding the
conduct of the attorneys. Is it hearsay?
