But what about a case that has multiple cites?   The rule is, when the researcher pinpoints cites for one publication, pinpoint for all cites!  For example:

Henderson v. Ingles, 141 Nev. 522, 528, 427 P.2d 708, 716 (1993)

Page number 528 indicates the page the quotation appears on in the official publication (Nev.).  Page number 716 indicates the page the quotation appears in the unofficial publication (P.2d).

Star Pagination is particularly helpful for pinpoint citation.  It enables the researcher who is in the unofficial publication to locate the page that s/he would be on if s/he were in the official publication.
