SELF-GUIDED LEARNING
Every Specialist Program is a SELF-GUIDED educational experience. This allows students to proceed at their own pace in a manner that best fits their situation.
STUDY SUPPORT WEBSITE
Students will read the textbook, chapter-by-chapter. After completing each chapter, students will utilize the extensive online Study Support tools created to reinforce the materials with the textbook. After utilizing the Study Support tools, students are allowed to take the Chapter Quiz as many times as they like.
INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT
Upon registering for the program, students will be assigned an instructor who will act as a "safety net." If the student has questions that are not answered within the texbook or Study Support Website, they are encouraged to contact the instructor for personal guidance.
METHOD OF STUDY
1. READ THE CHAPTER IN THE TEXTBOOK
2. UTILIZE THE ONLINE STUDY SUPPORT
3. TAKE THE PRATICE CHAPTER QUIZ
4. FOLLOW STEPS 1-3 FOR EVERY CHAPTER
5. UPON COMPLETION, TAKE THE FINAL EXAM
YOUR OWN INSTRUCTOR
UPON REGISTRATION, STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO THEIR INSTRUCTOR. WHILE THE COURSE IS SELF-GUIDED, THE INSTRUCTOR IS THERE TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS.
